Our story
My name is Mark Appleton, I am the owner of Copier Consumables Ltd.
I started my business career as a Copier Engineer, then a Service Manager and finally as a Field Technical Specialist for an OEM.
For the last 35 years I have bought and sold consumables for photocopiers for a number of well-known consumable distributors but have found that they always put profit above quality.
Subsequently I started Copier Consumables Ltd in May 2021, enjoying instant success with copier dealers who wanted the best quality, but needed savings without compromise.

Has helped me to understand what is important to the Service Engineer whist helping to improve the bottom line for the owner, these are the fundamental basis of what I strive to do.
To supply a product that is cheaper than the OEM is only half of the equation, the product must not fail early nor create additional service calls, otherwise the product will in effect cost you more than the OEM!
Therefore, I test everything before I bring it to market, having bought the relevant copiers to test the items in.
Our Guarantee
I guarantee everything that I sell, I will not offer a product if it does not meet my stringent tests and must come to me with a substantial warranty from the manufacturer.
My product range targets those items that need to be of the highest quality, products where my competitors have failed because they don’t test properly or don’t have the deep understanding of what they are actually selling.
I will not compromise on quality for short term savings, I want you to have confidence in my product today, tomorrow and in the future, because once I have tested and approved, I do not change manufacturers.
For larger companies I can source consumables for those who wish to bring their own brands and ranges to market.
