Warranty, Returns & Refunds.

Copier Consumables offer a full 12 months warranty on all products supplied, unless the product has completed its life cycle as indicated by the relevant OEM.
All products must be fitted by a competent person who has been trained in service and repair of the relevant machine.
Copier Consumables Ltd will not warranty any product damaged during installation or accept any liability for damage to the installation machine by those not trained in such a procedure.

This form must be completed and returned with all relevant documentation to COPIER CONSUMABLES LTD,
returns@copierconsumables.co.uk.
On receipt of this form we will instigate a valid warranty and be ready to credit the goods on receipt, subject to the
terms and conditions of the warranty.
